He had problem with Las Vegas loot drop and also being rolled back in Bangkok and causing him to lost some of his Skill Points day by day.. Have already submitted tickets to Zynga but no reply.. 
Once he did the conversation with Zynga Support via Live Chat, his problems are all fixed within minutes! Less than 5 minutes on his case!
I suggest you to do that too..

Click on Chat Now button..But too bad, the Live Support feature is not for 24 hours! Sometimes you can not see the screenshot above and only see this one..

I'm playing Mafia Wars and for over 3 weeks now when I go to the fight page regardless of how many times I refresh, the 90% or more of the targets do not exist. This tells me all I'm seeing are old fight lists, its totally ruining the game, I might as well just waste my stamina doing stupide jobs
When are we going to be able to actually fight against Live Targets ??????????? 95% of the targets on Server 6 are already dead, that server is lagged so badly, its pathetic. Why do you refus to help, why do you show zero compassion, is server 6 where you putnon-paying customers.
Seems everyone else that I talk to is getting plenty of Live Targets to fight in every city.
This has been going on for a month, why do you refuse to help. I have a super high speed DSL modem, so please don't tell me about my connectivety issues, its you, the Targets see me because I get iced, and often see a fight list I'm totally unaware of, because I don't see them ever, but they always see me.
This is cost me so big its impossible to say how much I lost. I probably should have been able to level up at least 10 times more this month, and gained at least 50 more skill points which are needed badly when fighting, because MAS/MDS don't count for anything but cosmetics.

Live chat bullcrap isnt working at all for me. In fact i cant even send zynga an email because it says error everytime i try. I think their whole customer support sucks ass if you ask me. They have it saying error right now because they are getting so many complaints all at once that they simply do not have enough staff or manpwoer to respond to them all... Way to go zynga. i guess i am screwed with silver mastery job costs in vegas distraict 8 even though i have mastered ruby level months ago...
They said they would give me 80 RP to solve a big problem. Just go to the Marketplace and then return to game. It did not work and when I asked for help on that, Mouro scolded me for not submitting a new incident report. And he did not fix problem. I think they can't read English and are located off in Mexico or something.
