He was asking me about how many Vegas consumables we need to master all District at 4 mastery levels..
I don't know because I have not mastered all jobs yet.. so thanks a lot for this, Mark!

Here they are..
Tips from our friends Mark, Haider and some others (sorry forgot your names) :
Collect all of these consumables on the first mastery level of each Districts!
That way you can save a lot of Energy.. you will need more of them on the next levels and the energy will be higher..
Also, try to open all Disctricts at level one first to unlocked new Properties..

stupid advice, ratio gets better with every tier (except mojave desert ruby - fuck you zynga) so doing those jobs gets easier.
Ratio gets better either tier? I'm on tier one and get them 80% of the time, i think its way better having lets say 80% chance and using 8 energy than having 90% chance using 45 energy
can't you go back to the lower levels or do they close up? plus how do you know how many you need to collect ...you could end up collecting more than you need and therefore spend just as much energy collecting at the lower level than you would be collecting at a higher level ...I think? I don't know because I haven't been able to get into LV yet lol
