There is a bug when you try to do Challenge Mission you are automatically moved to Cuba, Moscow or Bangkok. Even worse, although you have mastered Cuba it still giving you the welcoming message to enter Cuba for the first time!
One of player, James, even can not do his Cuban job! It always says that the job is not valid..
And this one, -Ra- is trying to buy one of these Marketplace items below.. but the game didn't let him too.. It is saying "This is an invalid item". He couldn't spend his Reward Points then.. not a good job, Zynga.. 
Still using Brawler's bookmarklet? Me too.. Our friend here is only get 1 fight loot so far, but somehow he already have his Defense and Attack score raising with great numbers..
Nice but weird..
Another failure.. Haider bought this animal from the Marketplace.. but instead of giving him Attack score, the item is increasing his Defense strength!
I'm sure lots of players saw this on their game too.. You can see the text of Chapter 3 will be unlocked in less than 1 hour! No! 
Wooot.. we still have tons of bugs everywhere..
I hope they are reading this post and will fix it soon!

For 2nd picture - someone sent to him new loots, he buy new items from store maybe animal. For obtaining one loot, he need to fight more since he just fight 34 times. In case after hundreds of fight still got one loot,that will be a problem of bad luck!
Id like to address the brawler bookmark. If you have it open, and increase your defense/attack using a different window then brawler will count it. So its not a bug, he was just probably trying to mess with the author.
this is the same old bug where zynga recalculates your total atk/def in weird ways, can go negative too.
brawler just registers the changes.
i have got also not +600 but -6000 after single item..
