chaips arent dropping from either jobs fighting or robbing Zynga LIED! And FightHEL drop rates HALVED a few days ago, so now they are back to 'normal' for the weekend :(
12% its just because you get 2 of each. I normally have abaout 9-10% loot drop and a lot of them are good loot. Now half of the loot you got is only Carparts. And Fight High end Loot is very very rare, so they changed it and now you got less than before the double loot. The double loot this time is Crap.

No chips while fighting/jobs and the good loot is still dropping :D
I am getting about 12% loot drops. when i usually get about 6.5%-7% loot drops.
