We know that New York city has a new design now.. Some of our friends can see it from the Player Updates :

We are currently running a test for *new users* only where a portion of them are seeing a whole different UI and view of a new expanded section of New York we call Manhattan....
To see it you would have to make a bunch of new accounts and see if you get in the experiment...
If it proves successful we will roll it out to all new users, then test for your feedback for new cities...

I really want to have this new account to compare with the old one... as not every new account will have this new design..
Anybody has luck to have it?
