Got this email from Matu..
These are the grand prizes of the Fourth of July Sales. You acquire all of them via buying 10 items/services using Reward Points.(Elvis Impersonator for the 1st, Pair of Kings for the 5th and Sin City Shooter for the 10th purchase).
I got them by buying 10 energy refills with 70 reward points. (Hourly Sale)

u can get the items cheap by buying 10 Silver Treasure Chest Keys :D
it states in the above pic health refills keys dont count i tried you cant earn them thru health packs :/
i tried buying the boosts and that didnt work. there were trip wires listed at 4rp.
