HI! I also noted a new little upgrade in the game: in the free gifts menu now I can give a power tool , a chop shop item; an arc wlder, a weapons depot item and I got a new "cinder block". Is it an upgrade of the cement block? But it doesn't refer anything more.. Does anibody have this new item? Is it a Vegas item?

yeh to build the casino i think , its not all that ... i can think of about 20 bugs in vegas atm.
