There are two ways that I know..
First, you can just buy it using your PayPal or Credit Card or else..
Or you can play some of FaceBook games and wait for the Credits to be added on your account..

Here are some examples of Credits :
You can get 25 FaceBook Credits by playing Mafia Wars game.. but again, it's only for random players.. 
Cohen and I, both try to play "Hello City" game.. after a while, we got 5 Credits..
I think it is to low... only 5 Credits!
It looks like you can repeat the process and share the rewards again..
Too bad, I did click on the Claim button but can not get more from the same game.. 
Another friend tried to play "Wild Ones" game and has given 15 FaceBook Credits..
You can try another game and after you got the Credits, you can just delete the games or block and continue with another games until you have enough Credits to buy Reward Points in Mafia Wars game! 
Remember that you need at least 200 FaceBook Credits.. so have fun collecting credits.. if this is taking too much effort, you can ignore this post..

i just redeemed my 20 facebook credits for 8 RP .
just got to marketplace , buy more reward points and if you have facebook credits you will get the RP for free . 10 facebook credits are equal to 1$

I have 70 facebook credits but it always gives me an error button, I will send mine to someone in exchange for a mafia wars pin code for ten dollars.
Of if you'd like to exchange anything I have it all I just want REWARD POINTS and I can only utilize them by redeeming a game card pin...lonnnnggg story
