i guess they will make us play all the games eventually, but the Treasure Isle & Zynga Poker rewards are great, a FULL stamina refill, for just a few clicks (3 hands win in Poker & only 1 treasure to find in TI, really no more than 1 minute work :)

You can still harvest crops in farmville for a stamina refill even though there isn't a link in MW for it anymore. I've been harvesting crops every day for the last 2 weeks for full stamina refills, along with treasure island and poker. Once you harvest the crops, a mafia wars reward will pop up in farmville.
Hey, actualy I had played Farville, Zynga Poker and Treasure Island, but there is a limit, I mean, playing every single zynga game could be time consuming, sometimes I only have time for mafia wars, I can't play every day, every game for all the days, is absurd.
Just a word of warning. I started Cafe World yesterday, just hit level 11 today and still no meat tenderizer...may be broken or you may have to hit level 12.../sigh
