I never see this before...
Is that one item from special event? or from any city? I have asked him to hover his mouse to see the bonus given from it, but he said there is none of info he got! Just blank.. no explanation there..
Does anybody knows where or how to get it and what is the bonus given by this helicopter?

I see this helicopter in the free gifts, a few hours before the counterfeit tickets, and even i sent it to my mafia.
A member of my mafia sent me one, and since then, im unable to see the loot page.

I have it also...30 sec reduction on energy regen timer...dont know from where i got it, but i think i have it long time, and that it is common thing
new weapons in ny for a new eps. that will give 2x stamina regeneration instead of 1 each time....

i also saw it before i wasa able to send tickets, and i accepted one, and it said it was an invalid item.
the heli that has the red line AROUND it is not the ny 30sec reduction.. most of the items seem to have a theme to what there for... the name i would think is for a drug dealer or a bosses heli.
