It's an armor, I believe.. but looking at the stats I don't wanna buy it..
We have better armors, both for offense and defense.. ie Shturmovik and Executive Overcoat... so better skip it!

Shturmovik or Executive Overcoat doesn't show on fight when u finished moskow, I bought it for my collection :)
The deisgn is bad. I dun mind not having it.

This is a collection piece you might never see again! Why are people collecting the July 4th items still? Not because they are helping them in fights, but because they are rare. I collect all pieces I can regardless of if they help me in the game...I like the collecting aspect!
me too. I love the collecting part. the only problem is that i dont have lots of Godfather points. I'll just have to wait for items that dont require Godfather points...
