And now this is also happening to me! I was at level 702, have more than 1000 each of Moscow top loots, have more than 50 each of Money Laundering collections, not a very bad stats profile...
Now I am back to level 687.. my loots back to around 1 week ago (not enough 501 each), lost all Money laundering I've traded with my mafia families, lost my stats back to 1 week ago.. Everything got rolled back!!!
I have send an email to Support yesterday and thanks God they've replied me :

Happened to me as well. Got demoted from level 448 to 418. Not to mention losing all Christmas stuff and limited edition loot bought during the blowout sale. Not fair at all. And they didn't reply for my complaint either. A-holes!!
Happened to me as well... 356 to 302. I didn't get my account back, but i got the "compemsation-pack": whole Dillinger collections w/ some GF and some skillpoints. But all my precious loot have gone... :S
Total disaster! I don't know why are they doing that in a frist place. Roll back for what???

Actually what they sent you was a standart response. I've written them twice about some issues with my account (for example, that Moscow help never worked for me!), and both they answered me exactly that standart answer... a complete frustation... =/

I wonder if this is only happening to people who used the link that allowed you to circumvent the waiting period to do the New Year's job? If you were rolled back, did you use this "glitch"? Maybe zynga's keeping track of those users and punishing them.
same here. went from 460 back to 390 and lost al the loot, godfather points, etc.
Got almost everything back now, but the most frustrating thing (apart from time, effort and hassling my maffia for politico corruptos again) is that I couldnt finish the public enemy week job anymore, so I didnt get those items.
Wrote a complaint and got a laim as respomse back. Reacted that it didnt help me at all and didnt hear from them since! It happened to me when al the hassle was going on in the beginnen of december. Didnt even get the compensation pack...totally laim!

Yesterday morning, I also lost a ton of loot, stats, energy, 12 levels, dropped skill levels by 45 points.
I sent a flaming message to Zynga, and called them. I had JUST bought some reward points the night before and they were gone too. SO, I figured that billing should be interested that they charged me for something that I didn't get. Talked to a guy there who sent out a faster response to my note. Funny thing, he wasn't affected by my ranting note wondering where the H my godfather points, levels ect were. Bottom line.. was, I needed to approximate what I had and send it back so they could had enter the info. ~CB~

People - PLEASE - backup your information on your loot list.. Copy & paste somewhere - do multiple screen shots.. But do a weekly backup of ALL your Account info.. you may need it someday to remind how many things you had and exactly what your mafia strength was. And.. that is what I DID do .. anticipating a rollback flustercluck of my account. Do it today!! -CB-
Agree - I print off my profile once a week - just in the chance I do get rolled back. Don't know if that will help me but at least I can show what loot and GF points I did have.

Mine was kinda different... i was close to completing el cacique level 3 w/ only 4 jobs nearing completion. BUT... for some reason the next day I logged in & all jobs went down by 1 level. My level 2s went down to 1s & the 3s down to 2s. They tried to fix it but instead I ended up with all jobs mastered level 2. Now when I try to do a job, nothing happens.. 0% on them. After numerous emails, I was told they were forwarding my issue to a "special team" that was for this special issues. Crazy! I want a refund!

How on earth con someone get so many of each of these top loot. It is impossible. Plus more than 50 Laundering Sets. This isn't normal play so I am wondering if the fact you are selling loot has anything to do with being rolled back. Have the Zynga rules changed to allow this now?

Please be as complete as you can, this will assist us in determining your loss and restoring your account as quickly as possiable.
1. How many levels did you lose?
2. How many Godfather points did you lose?
3. Have you purchased any godfather points recently?
4. Did you lose significant job mastery? (Mastered entire tiers that was wiped away)
5. What note worthy items did you lose and the approx amount of each.
-- But I still curious, How do they know if i lied ...
Good luck fixing the problem. I've been working on my own for two weeks. They'll either respond that they fixed it:
"Recently you requested personal assistance from our on-line support center. We have addressed your issue and believe that we have answered your question. We have included below a summary of both your request and our response for your review" when they haven't done anything
or they'll tell me they're moving the problem onto the desk of someone more important (the message you received). I got that for the second time 2 days ago. No response whatsoever. I'm honestly also considering leaving the game. This is ridiculous.

Stupid and Arrogant Zynga banned my account without any warning. Just because I was using two account to hitlist and killed my opponent at the same time, over and over again.
Maybe they were afraid of people would leave the game because they were harassed me... LOL
Now they are harassing their own player by ruining the stats... that is SO CLEVER..
I wish a lot of people would hack their system and ruin some more... HAHAHAHA
