That message also appears on your mafias Player Updates box.. And if your mafias send you the items, that notifications also appear on your friend's feed..
I think this is really annoying.. We'll have our feed and Player Updates full of these messages or notifications..

And make sure you see their wishlist first before you send or click on Help them out! button..
If they ask you for top loots or lotto piece... you don't want to send your precious items, right? 
So please be noticed about this..

I'm not positive but im pretty sure that theres a glitch going on right now where every time u accept a gift (envelope of baht or the tonfas etc) u can reload the screen so now youll get 2 for the price of 1 :) this will help when u gift yourself 24 blackmail photos and make it 48 instead

Don't feel like attacking my own mafia and even when I wait on the feed for war declaration I am ALWAYS to late. Only 12 seconds from declaration.
So dear maniac...what's the script and where do I find it? Spockholms active war finder isn't good enough since it only sniffes out active wars without attacking.
