Mafia Wars : Haiti Relief Fund

It was not a very long time ago since Zynga released Special Item for charity for Haitian people who suffered from hunger and proverty. Now that country is suffering from the devastating consequences of Tuesday's earthquake which killed one hundred thousands of people.
Due to the horrible tragedy that has befallen the people of Haiti, they once again offering limited item below..

Yes, the image is changing but has same stats as before. It is a very powerful armor both for attack and defense. Join Zynga to help Haiti, guys!

I'm in! I bought one and spend 25 of my Reward Points. It does worth it, my friends..

We love playing the game.. we love to contribute on the charity program.. and we can do both here! Friends forever!

From what i read, it seems that buying this and spending 25 reward points (ALOT), won't help at all. They are just asking for you to donate to them with CASH.

So technically, unless you donated directly to them, you did nothing. Buying reward points won't donate at all.

I don't mind to spend 25 Reward Points on this charity program.. I don't know how Zynga split that 25 RP to real dollar..
But one thing I know is I donate by buying this one.. They have stated that it is for charity and I believe that :)

So if you have bought the Haitian Drum for Hunger Relief before, did the image for that Drum change? Just wondering.

actually i want to buy it. its color is more beautiful than before. too bad i have had the haitian drum. so, i don't buy it this time. hope ppl in haiti will get well soon.

but for u who has GF points, i recommend u to buy! it's the best limited edition sold so far. even better than some of mastery item! just look at its total stat! better than the best defense looted item and almost as perfect as the best attacking looted item.

buy it! buy it! buy it! ;p

i used my points to buy one! i would say 25 points is about a 5 dollar donation.

if we already bought 1 last time around, buying this wont boost our stats or have any effect, will it?

Saving my GF coins for energy refills when Bangkok opens... one item doesn't effect stats that much. I fail to see how my earned GF coins help people in Haiti,, I know if bought some it might but I have saved all of these since before Christmas...

For some reason, I thought the Haiti Relief Drum was supposed to be up for another day or so.
