Lol i bet the ONLY reason they brought back the safehouse is so they could delay Bangkok some more and not piss every1 off. Fine by me, im using the time to get to a trillion $ :)
At the end of the last one it said you had to wait 28 days for your next group of gifts. So, they've had it planned for awhile. Probably still so they can delay Bangkok, but that's fine by me. I'm still finding plenty to do with Moscow.
I never installed the toolbar, but used the loophole in one of your previous posts to get the Utility Belt thing, MWM, and I got the achievement too. :D
