Lots of things happen on this game.. new glitches keep coming to welcome new city soon. But we're still facing Gift Safe House problems here..
I have posted about the issues before on my last post. But this time it's even worst! 
One of my friend had the issue no 3 of my previous post. He sent an email to Zynga and they said they have fixed it but apparently instead of fixing it they bring another issue!
To be clear here is one email I got today :
All my gits are "able" to open, but when I want to open them it says: "Sorry you don't have any free gifts available!".
Yes, some of you have this issue on Gift Safe House. The slots are filled with 10 boxes. When you want to open 1 box, you get that message. You tried on another box, all of them, still get the same message.
The boxes still say "open".. and the slots remain full.. the requst gifts box is grey and won't allow so you can not ask for more gifts..
This is so frustrating.. another failure of the game..
I suggest you to write to them.. the more players telling them about this issue, the sooner they will fix your issue.. I wish you good luck and you'll have your free gifts very soon! 
PS : Thank you to all of you who had sent me email about this.. There are so many of you, I can not write all your name here..

same problme here for 2 accounts, hope they fix this fast realy wanna open those gifts :D
you also can't loot from some of the high level moscow jobs. It says "loot:" and never gives you anything
hmmm i was excited thought it was fixed for me, sad day
i have same problem too. submitted support ticket thing about it. hopefully they fix it soon. my other account is fine and got a nice chariot 48 def! (o btw i use the picture on this post for this the ticket, hopefully it wont be an issue).
@ Last Anonymous - me too. I was finally like YES!!!! they fixed it and then BAM!!! nothing. I reported it though and sent in screen shot.
me too, they open the gift BUT you can't get the gift :(.
and i have the other problem, in moskow job episode 6 chapter 2, i can't receive the loot like Konstantine Cargo and Mansion Detail. what happen?

zynga is the one of the worst companies ever. i sent in about this and haven't received any response yet. been several days, since my gift house has not worked since the beginning. very unfair that others are getting a lot of these powerful loot items and others are stuck with nothing ... zynga is f-n retarded! this is why i will NEVER buy any GF points, refuse to support such a lame company.

Damn it! I got another issue, everytime I join Mafia Wars I get this message:
"You can't receive your bonus early unless 10 friends have helped you."
Also I can't open my gifts...

The same is happening to me.
I really hope they lose a bunch of paying players over this as they won't fix this when they know damn well it's occuring they repsoned fast last nite over the Moscow Loot Glitch which says a lot to me if they don't want customers they are doing a good job of losing them good job Zynga I will never spend another penny on your game because you neglect the people who feed your sorry asses and everyone stop clicking and spamming with those secret stash and other dumb items do you know they get cash from all those clicks and we get a crap game with crap loots.

did you notice that there is no loot drops in chapter 2 in pakhan?

The problem is all over pakhan tier. If you'll put your mouse over that icon you'll see only "chance to loot:". The only loot which is dropping is Executive Overcoat.
I have the same problem too. Zynga customer support sent me this mail message ...As soon as we do get these issues situated there will be an in game message letting users know it is fixed.

Well, now we got the second issue aka what we see in this news post... Fucking annoying. I await an answer to the second complaint I submitted and will inform ya guys if anything comes of it.

well, zynga never replied to my 2 support tickets (first one bout open early 2 GP) second one bout open but not acceptable.
HOWEVER I JUST TRIED AND COULD OPEN THEM ALL !!
so go ahead and give it a try now, seems like they finally fixed it.

It says that you get a bonus if you get 10 gifts all saved up and do not open them... I patiently let them build over a day and a half,,, no bonus gift?!?! Did I miss something? Did anyone ever get a bonus for letting all 10 spots fill up or is this just more mistaking by Zynga?
Yes its working now... Ive opened mine but the items that i got were craps.. But its ok atleast it working..

YOU NEED TO CHILL! The poster said he might not be in luck that night, and it's just his comparison, which doesn't mean anything.
However, don't think Zynga won't change the game like taking fight loot away. And go ahead and thank Zynga for all the glitches, as I expect someone like you would. These glitches should never have been there to begin with.
