They have reduced the money and XP we gain from certain jobs, specially in New York.. They also made important changing on the bonus of Top Mafia - Bagman!

The maximum bonus of choosing one Top Mafia Bagman was giving 15% more money from job.
Now, they reduce it to only 11% more cash!
I wonder if they giving us this info on Game News at Home tab.. I mean, that's the function of Game News right? Or is it delay info?
And why do they have to do that? It is so hard to collect money in order to obtain the money achievement and now they make it even harder!
I hope this is a temporary issue.. but I think I'm hoping too much!

I noticed the same ting, and when you go to promote someone it still says that they are going to give you 15%, or if you are relacing the it say that they are still giving you 15%. It's just when you promote them it say 11. And i just tested it, it is only giving 11%. If you would like to test it your self just demote your bagman, and do any job, see how much $ you get, then promote back to bag man and see how much cash you get. I suggest doing mugging in new your, doesn't take much energy and the math is easy.
