You can get them for free from visiting the clerk, or bribe an official for 30 Reward Points.. or ask your friends to send one to you..
If you try to get it for free.. try your luck!

Damn, I get no thai passport for free from see the clerk, must wait in hours. Spend 30 reward points only to get thai passport??? It's a Fucked Up option from zynga. The system of getting thai passport is Unfair.
