i don't think that it is just for people that havent purchased before - i have bought a few gf points here and there but i still managed to get a 60% discount seems to be just random. also for signing up to a zynga account for future purchases your get an additional 25 gfp. 130 gfp for just over £5 i thought it was a good deal

I started a second account, only level 14 on that and just checked, I sure did get that offer, stays there too, 1000rp for $60. never seen it on my regular account lvl 1093
