Then I have this email from Hayden, telling me this is true!
Well, basically there's a link which can bring you to the provided screenshot in your blog.. The store will be coming out in all cities, as it was suggested by someone on Zynga's forums and a moderator commented on it.
Too bad, Hayden didn't tell me the link to see it on Zynga's forum.. but if you want to try to see the Faction Store in Moscow.. we have the link!

The link works but no items are for sale - hitting weapons, armor or vehicles takes you to Moscow items.
