Yes, skill points is the main factor. Checking the Profile, I'm sure he is one of player who concern more on raising his Attack and Defense points more than other skills.

I know who this is and yes he is an extremely strong player in terms of attack and defense skill points. He earned all those loots fighting because he is so strong and fights a lot. Thank you for not posting his link. He is a well respected player in Mafia Wars.
He must have spent around 180K stamina to get this quantity, based on the number I have collected so far with around 1200 fights/day.
So he doesn't have a life and has unlimited stamina or there is a cheat somewhere.
What's weird though is that he doesn't have the EP. 6/7 Bankok items... at level 1755... Maybe he invested everything into Stamina? Yet he still has the Ep. 5A/5B items...
Just noticed he has 40! Amphibians... something you can only get with RP, that's 1400RP. I guess with level 1700 he has some to spare, although I would have probably rather spend it on skill points?
Well he spend a lot of money on the game and is in one of the toughest clans in the game and they despise cheating. I know he has at least 10000 stamina if not more and got most of the loot during the double fight promotion when they were dropping easy and you got two at a time. No cheating from this guy I can promise you that.
Also a lot of the top players spend tons of money on stamina refills...I have one very powerful friend who admits to spending 150 every weekend, that is 700 GF points just for stamina refills...and the player has over 125000 hitlist kills.
i think the guys is a cheater...during the first double loot fight promotion that was the first time the 12 fighting loot item introduced...
the first thing that matter is not the total number of stamina coz it's only two days..i played at least 70 percent fighting during that two days..but can only reach the most 100 item..
i really doubt this player since there was a copy script before..
