I see there is Vory Store and Mafiya Store with Triad and Yakuza faction icons! In Moscow city!
I have searched for it on my account, but I can not find the same screenshot like the one above.. Anybody else also got this one on your account? And do you think it's true? Or is it only a temporarily bug? Only time will tell..

definitetely a bug, had this several times. has to do with changing cities..
I'd say fake or glitch...Baht at the top. Moscow red and Bangkok purple mixed. Nah.
Hey, this feature is really coming out, but not in the name of Faction Store. Someone suggested it on Mafia War's forums located at http://forums.zynga.com/showthread.php?t=581744. =)

copy the link of the faction store button.

go to moskow
enter the url and press enter

It is easy to see faction store in Moscow
Go to Bangkok, copy link of faction store
Return to Moscow and paste link, you should see Mafia - Vory store in Moscow
