New York & Cuba Tiers

I don't know if this is on your account as well but I just noticed that when I go to Cuba or New York, the levels are missing from under the tier title... sorry I don't have a before picture I only have after.... hopefully you can find a before picture to post along side this..... from Lamar

Hmmm, I just noticed it too..

There were level requirement before you are able to get to one tier in New York and Cuba, now they are gone! And sorry that I don't have the picture either..

Is this a glitch? Or Zynga wants to change the whole game system?

Confusing... confusing... let's just see what will happen next..
