Two Mastery Rewards From Italy!

One of my best mafia sent me this screenshot..

He has problem with his account that his mastery level in Italy was reset back! It is the mastery reward from Milano Region..

Then he did all the jobs again and now that is the result... he has 2 (two) mastery items! Yes, he can use both items on fight.. sweeeet!
Good one... hopefully Zynga doesn't catch you and you still allowed to get these mastery!
