Also notice that you can use 3 RPs to buy the mastery.. I suggest you NOT to do this..
Just keep sending the gifts from Free Gift page and expect to get one back from each mafia..

I have tried to accept one gift from the FaceBook request page..
If you receive the same error message as Bossy Don by accepting the gift from FaceBook request page, try to accept the gifts inside our game via Message Center!
If you can do both ways, it's even better! So you get double gifts from each mafia! 
One more tips..
When you want to send the gift to one or more mafia, click many times as fast as you can on the SEND button! This way your mafia can accept more than one gift, depends on how many gifts you sent to them!
The Serial Assassins event can be REMASTERED 2 more times after completion like the Pentagon Event! Keep collecting the gifts even after mastering once and open the cards later during remastery!

gifting error is STILL being looked at... or @ least i hope so, so far its got worse quicker then its got better :(
