Ok, here is how to get more than 3x of the reward items from the Rendezvous At The Pentagon event..
First, collect as many uniforms as you can.. When it's time to collect like this one (sorry only got this screenshot, it works for collecting the uniforms too)..
Click on the "Collect" button above as many as you can, really fast!
Until you see this for many times..
Now go check your Inventory.. Please check how many of this item you have now..
And this one from Fordz account..
Woot! It works!
And this is NOT edited by me or my friends who sent the screenshot! 
You may try it.. and prove it by yourself.. and don't be greedy if it works, having 5x items is enough.. or Zynga will get suspicious..
HINT :
By the way, there is also a hint to send multiple Free Gift items (for example any uniform) to your mafia.. When it's time to click on "SEND button, do as many as you can really fast! Your mafia will received more than 1x gift!
This way, they can have more uniforms and able to collect more... (this is also work for Mystery Bag gifts, etc)..

Ade,
in some posts of your blog, you ask ZYNGA team to fix things or to help with new features of the game. So I am assuming you think that ZYNGA is actually reading your blog.
Well, it also can work against us players, if the glitches are highlighted, and we think ZYNGA doesn't read what is being posted.
It is no wonder ZYNGA is faster at fixing glitches and rolling back accounts, instead of updating and improving the features that do work.
Because they are spotlighted in forums and blogs like this. You're doing a great job in informing the players. But if (IF) ZYNGA is reading these posts... then be careful, it is a double-edge sword.
