Weird Items On The Chop Shop

So, we have lots of weird things happen on Mafia Wars game..

This time, a friend have this weird item appear on his Chop Shop..

Just today I tried to collect car in my car shop, how come Dubya Mask is needed in creating a car?

Also happen when receiving rewards in mission, how come Dubya Mask and a picture of a person is become of your reward item?

What is happening to zynga?
