Ugly Bug On Robbing

Lately lots of player has this weird bug when they want to do some Robberies..

First, they will see the opponent's Properties in Italy as seen on the screenshot below..

And by the time they want to rob, there will be police lines on each Property!

This is also happen in New York city.. VaibhaV wanted to rob, but had the police line again..

Perhaps it's a server problem?

Because I do manual robbing and all went smooth..
