Hmmm, so many people have these Paris items... One of our friends even have 4 of them already!

French Kiss is a weapon, The Fixer is an armor and DaVinci Q415 is a vehicle.. and I don't know what is that map thing, is it a consumable? We'll find out soon.. I hope!
One of my best mafia also has this one.. How come they could have 3 of each items? Those are mastery items, right? I dont' even have one.. 
Anyway, the first person has this glitch on the account.. She said she has level 13 on her Chop Shop, but somehow everytime she wants to collect the Car Part, it's remain the same! So, no parts gained from collecting the Chop Shop..
Well, it is only a small info about her glitch beside Paris items..
Now, the main important question is, how on earth they can have those Paris items???
They don't want to tell me the secret because if lots of people know about this glitch, the Team will reset all back to nothing or something else bad for them..
So we just have to satisfy by watching the screenshots..

It looks like it is a consumable, maybe to rob the Luvre or something... (I look forward in Mafia Wars with a mission like that in the Luvre :) )
Still, lucky those players... I still haven't completed Bangkok (The fourth chapter) and I am into completing New York (I am about to finish Boss and Underboss)

I sent a bunch of that loot yesterday using the "chop-shop" glitch, that was posted here recently (wonder if that's how zynga found out about it and fixed it).
Just by messing around with item_ids i was able to send items from a fight club as well and bunch of other goodies too.

The parisan map is a consumable that is used in EVERY JOB in the entire city, I know this, as I had predicted this item before I heard about, based upon the game vampire wars, where they had a very similar event, and if you master paris you will get a chance to win godfather points and a special weapon, and every teir gives it's own item, and each teir is unlocked after a certian amount of days, and after some time paris will go away. When it comes out I'll be saying "Told you so!"

* Start collecting Paris Maps now by doing jobs, fighting and robbing. You will need them to steal the Mona Lisa.

I just got the option to Steal the Mona Lisa. I was prompted to ask 30 new Mafia members to join me (it required me to find 1 more than my current mafia to continue). The maps are found doing jobs and fighting in other cities supposedly. I got 5 for starting the job. There is a countdown to when I can start the missions, 2 hours for the first one, 10 hours for the second and 17 til I can do chapter 3. You have 24 hours overall to complete the challenge. Each chapter has 3 new jobs to master that need the maps. You can collect 5 maps every 24 hours from the Challenge Mission in addition to ones that drop. The Parisian Fixer has 61 Def on mine now. He is the mastery item for Chapter 1. Chapter 2 is the Kiss and 3 is the DaVinci. I'll post the jobs if no one else has alter as I do them. And add a screengrabber to FF as well, lol.
Paris event is on right now on FaceBook, a Mafia challenge including chances to get those items yourself as a bonus, you'll have to see for yourself. They are in access of:
Chapter 1: Parisian Fixer, ATK 30 DEF 61
Chapter 2: French Kiss, ATK 75 DEF 45
Chapter 3: DaVinci Q415, ATK 63 DEF 103
Also, I noticed that the DaVinci Q415 has a different portrait than the one you posted, I see a model of a Cadillac or so.
Paris Maps
To complete the jobs in Challenge Mission: Paris, you'll need to use special Paris Maps to do the jobs. Each day, you'll be able to collect these maps from the Challenge Mission page, obtain them from the Marketplace, as well as finding them from doing jobs, fighting and robbing in other cities. Make sure you save them up, as you'll need more as the mission progresses!
hey M W M they got a new two achievement by clearing the robbing board 9-0 by one and also by doing 100 times not in a row it would be hard
it is called:
1.Clean Sweep =Earned by going 9-0 when clearing the robbing board
2.Chimney Sweep=Earned by going 9-0 100 times when clearing the robbing board

they use yours glitch but change code of chop cars with the french item, quite bit easy, 18 of them for account every day

i don't think the fixer is a mastery loot.(His stats are kinda dissapointing for a mastery item)
maybe is from last 2 tiers or paris.
its out in 2 days! im guessing that once animals are fully out on Monday that Paris will open up and we'll get some pretty cool features. I'm already diggin the new properties in cuba, moscow and bangkok!
Actually those hours I posted are days, ARRGGHHH. So looks like in 2 days they will open Paris for Chapter 1. Then 10, then 17 days for the third.

By completing each chapter, you earn a item.

My question is, how does she get the chop shop to level 13? Mine is 12 and can not be upgraded...

i just fought some one that had 3 rigged oil tankers a high end defence vehicle dont where this comes from in game or how they got it anyone know the item id numbers yet ?
i've contacted zynga support and made them aware of the paris mastery items glitch...lol
