It's a new twist on accepting gifts from in the game.. please check below screenshot..
According to Adam, one of player who has this feature already.. This feature is awesome!!!
Because you don't have to claim Mystery Bags or any free-gifts from request page on FaceBook. If someone sends you on, it gives you a nofication on the game, then you click the little letter and it lets you accept there and then! Then click home and all the bags are waiting.
I guess Zynga doesn't want to bother FaceBook on this gifting thingy.. too much consuming feeds or else? I don't really understand about this.. 
But I agree with Adam, this is cool! Saving time and we don't have to check on request page all the time to see any incoming gifts from our mafia..

When it works that is...All i keep getting is error accoured loading this page, so i lose that item aswell.
Yes, this new functions is amazingly bugged. Accepted all my mg and when i click home, it gone!!! WTF is happening.
Unless it is fixed, pls do not use this crappy function, i would rather go to feed and click one at a time, at least i get the mg.
I accepted 10 mystery bags that were gifted to me through this new interface, and then could not find them to open. Went back to "home" but nothing, checked Loot, nothing. They're gone.
i accept but there are no mystery bags on the home screen waiting! WTF? Zynga sucks and so does this game. We are stopping playing this shitty game Zynga. Go to facebook to find out how may people are stopping playing this. You people have screwed a very good game.
I tried it...and lost 5 bags because they didn't show up in the "gift" section of the newsfeed
i think with all the strange and annoying changes happening at the moment it is best to stick to accepting gifts one at a time from yr homepage as i too have lost countless gifts this way. stay with what you know works!!!!
I can accept MB twice, one is gift request and second is thru this new feature. so basicly i can have 2x more MB now

if they get it fixed, I would like to see the "accept all" feature.
It looks like the bugs are fixed now and seems to be working well. It's much quicker than having to use the facebook page because the screen does not switch between facebook and mafia wars.
The only problem now is that you still have the requests in the Facebook requests page, which you have to click ignore on.
I'm guessing they introduced this feature so you run mafia wars from outside facebook. (their dedicated website) It makes a lot of sense. If we could get all the notifications that are useful from all of your mafia ( job requests, bonus, and war declarations ) on the MW home screen it would be even better!
