Howdy all!This is happening with one of my best mafia.. He can not master Street Thug tier in New York!
Everytime he tries to master all jobs in this tier, all the progress bars suddenly back to zero!

The good thing is he can collect all the skill point bonus he got from mastering all job, so yes, he can do the jobs over and over again and collect all the skill point bonus again and again!
I call this is a sweet glitch!Sorry, it's absolutely from the game.. so only to the chosen player(s)..
Do you want to report this problem to Zynga and ask them to fix it? I don't think so.. the mastery bonus is not worth it compared with the skill point bonus you can gain!

Would be a nice bug. But dont take this offensive, but that screenshot from that player proofs nothing. perhaps he jsut stopped at elvel 3 and continued, if you mean that the other job tabs are the proof.
i dont think that he has that kind of glitch....
i have an account with this glitch, but once i finish the level, i never receive a skill point. it does restart to level 0 though.
i too had this problem...
I have actually had the same problem with one of my dummy accounts. I was trying to master NY but couldn't because of this. I think it has something to do with the flash on the page and for some reason it doesn't register like the rest of the pages that don't use flash.
