Here we go..
Many of us were having issues getting the loot even though we had played poker - I am currently level 21 and just got the Poker loot...
Ace In The Sleeve
1. Refresh your home page until you get the Ace in the Sleeve Promotion under featured items.
2. Play Zynga Poker until you attain Level 6. If you have been playing before and did not have it yet, you can try to play Poker from the promotion link on Mafia Wars game.
3. You will get a pop up saying that you've reached Level 6 and earned the Ace in the Sleeve.
4. Click this link Ace in the Sleeve and you'll be awarded your item.
And this is one that we have to be aware.. Please note that you need to be on level 15 or above in Mafia Wars to receive the offered items in Zynga Poker.
If you have done all the steps above, you will receive this achievement..

I accidentally clicked 'SKIP' instead of 'Play poker now' when it offered "ace up the sleeve". And i didn't get it, now it won't offer it again. What do I do?
Where is the featured items link in the home page?
Is it the home page of Mafia Wars? or Home page of Zynga Poker?
Also, where exactly does it appear (i've refreshed both pages several times)
im level 13 and still cant get the ace achievement! c'mon zynga!!!! get it right!

I clicked on this last link, it opened the poker and told me I had gotten the Ace in the Sleeve, but then when I went back to MW it was still suggesting me to go play poker, and the weapon is not on my inventory... any other suggestions?

It is not working anymore, I just login to poker and nothing appears. :-(
