There is an Exclusive Mystery Bag notification you will have on your game when you find them while doing any jobs.. Yes, it drops from any job..
Too bad you don't have any when you find it! It simply a new way for you to send Mystery Bag to your friend.. if you do that, you will have a chance that your mafia will gift it back to you..
I have tried to click on "Send Bag" button, it will take you to this page..
So nothing special with this new feature..
Just share the wealth to your beloved mafias!

I sent 1 to my other game and I received 100 godfather points. So I sent 1 back to my first account and got a mafia member. So it looks like there are some special gifts..
there's a new job.
it's similar to the vampire wars special job.
in 2 days you can do this one job and when you mster it
you get the fixer.
master another job that has a certain release date
and you get the french kiss.
do another certain job to get the davinci.
i'm really excited for this.
you need the parisian maps to do the said jobs.
