How To Block Annoying Applications on FaceBook?

I have lots of friends on FaceBook.. and some of them are love to send me some "gifts" using several FaceBook applications.. including the one which telling you to send Reward Points like this one below..

Please be informed that it's only an application from FaceBook that doesn't have any correlations with the game! It will only send you the image of you just have 20 Reward Points from your friend, so only the image!

There are also lots of other applications that spamming our wall.. Some of my mafia even warn their FaceBook friends not to send any applications, otherwise they will be de-friend!

I have found this info that use to block some applications on FaceBook when I was looking at my Home wall.. I see there is a note about this. The note telling me that you just simply copy-paste the links on your brower (after you login to your FaceBook account) and click on the "Block" button. I have tried some and it works for me..
