was there a banning of people sending gift to farm accounts? i cannot click the gifting tab or even send gifts.

To Clone: you need the solar flare as materials to build the car in order to get the energy bonus from the car, not from the item.
Between, if we use this method to gain stat bonus car, do we also have the stat bonus?
