Hoooraaayyy!!!I got my Mesh Alloy, finally! I know that some of you think it's not necessary to have it.. but hey it's free and gives good defense.. (please ignore the wilted roses). 
If you still don't get it although they have already put it manually... try these suggestions below.. The developer aka Andrew has given his best response for me... Here you go..

I understand your concerns regarding this issue.
Ade, our records show that you have 1 Mesh Alloy in your loot.
This may happen due to mismatch with the game sever and our tools. Kindly wait for 24 hours to get it reflected in your account.
If you are still having some concerns after 24 hours you can also follow the steps given below and check for the issue:
1- Clear your browsers cache. If you do not know how to do this, instructions can be found in the following article from our knowledge base.

2- Disable Popup/Ad-blocking software such as Kapersky internet security or Ad-block for Firefox. Rather than fully disabling the software you may also make an exception for the social networking platform on which you play our games. Please refer to your software documentation or ‘help’ file for instructions.
3- Update your browser or try a different browser such as IE, Mozilla, Safari, or Google Chrome.
4- Download the latest flash player if you are not already currently using it.

5- Close any un-necessary applications and see if you see a performance increase.
6- Remove the application from your social network and reinstall. If you do not know how to do this, instructions can be found here.

yeah it took some time for the team and i also finally got my mesh alloy today.. nice defence stats!

Been over 48 hours since I reported it, no answer, no Armor. Still waiting for a resolution of a support request that started on February 23. Sigh. R2, don't hold your breath.
Reported the missing Armor over 48 hours ago. No action at all, no Armor either. Still waiting for resolution of a support ticket started February 23, they stopped responding after their last "Escalation" of the issue on the 26th.
Don't hold your breath waiting for help R2. Sigh.

I do not see my comment of earlier today posted yet, but sure as I post that I didn't hold out much hope of getting the Mesh Alloy Armor it shows up this evening to make me look silly! I'm happy to be wrong sometimes. :-)

the second release of spytech crates has new items... If you are still experiencing issues please throw your computer into a sewerage or smash it with hammer or you also can burn in with fire...
This is not our fault, even many glitches or bug found in our game, that's your computer fault... Not our fault... Please do not make a complaint again... We repeat, all the glitches happen is NOT OUR FAULT!! Your computer might have a problem, even you use a super duper computer or mainframe, the problem will still persist...

Raised a ticket with zynga and 'bam' its in my armor next day...I suggest you guys do the same..
