There is an update info about this event No Crime Like The Present or used to be 'Tis The Season For Robbing event!

But never mind the name..

Remember that we have Customer Support page which giving detail info about the upcoming/ongoing event.. They work diligently on updating the articles there.. I suppose that they should be placed inside our Game News?

So we don't have to search for them on the Customer Support page..

Naaah, they have added some Secret Tips.. Let me paste it here..

**Secret Tip**

If you haven't received your gifts, your tree will be empty. An empty tree cannot be robbed. However, you will need a full tree before the clock strikes midnight, Pacific Time. It is a good idea to make sure your tree is fully upgraded to Level 5 and make sure your tree is full before the timer runs out on December 31st.

Also, they are aware with some bugs.. Here are some solutions :

12/22 9PM PST - Outstanding bugs

1) Only 5 Mafia Members can click on each request for Tree Protection. Temporary solution - Post a new request for Protection. You will be able to get to #6.

2) Trees on Robbing Boards are occasionally preventing the rest of the board from being able to be robbed. No stamina is used on incomplete robberies. Temporary Solution - Save the Tree until last on a board, or switch cities to do a different robbing board.

And they have added one important tips to protect your tree and ask for the help from your mafias..
