It will take you to this page in Cafe World game..
Naaah, so you know your objective is..
Serve 5x of Triple Berry Cheesecake and you will get 1x of Doctored Invoice in Mafia Wars game!
Play your Cafe World game and choose this menu and start to cook it..
Yes, you will need 12 hours to finish the cake! So, please be patience until you have it..
Woooohooo!!!
Now it's time to collect and go back to Mafia Wars game!
This player quickly go to New York and open his Chop Shop to build the weapon..
Yup! Mission accomplished!
Now he only need to cook more cakes and hopefully he can get another Doctored Invoices to craft more of these weapons!

man i collected the doctor's invoice.
the mafia wars page also opened. but it did not say i've received anything.
so after waiting freaking 12 hours i still don't have a doctor's invoice
Sorry to say but the promo is ended already.
You still can build the promo item using the Doctor Invoice you have now, but you can not get more Doctor Invoice.
