Wow, that's rude!
So far I have good experience with Zynga Customer Support.. whenever I need their help regarding Game Play etc, they always come in handy and fix the problem and sometimes giving us good compensations.
But it will be completely different if it is dealing with Reward Points! This is a very sensitive case for both site.
On Anas case, I think all players are eligible to win their Jackpot money!
That's why we play this mini game everyday to have chance to win the Jackpot...
So what about the this Jackpot winners?
Is this all fake?
Why don't they put the reward for hitting Jackpot is 240 RPs! To seduce you to play more and spend more RPs, of course!
But in a very bad and tricky way... bad Zynga! 
The same thing also happen to some other friends that I know.. They didn't want to let this issue go away. So almost everyday they are annoying Zynga Support asking about this and sometimes got some freebies from Zynga Support.
Well, sometimes they got kicked out from Live Chat with Support team too..
I only hope that Zynga can be honest with us.. no cheap trick or dirty strategy.. We love the game!

Anas only deserve 240 RPs because he won 3 of any logos.
To win Jackpot should start with Red + Gray + Black logo! My bad.. I apologize for this bad post

Dawid is right. It has to be red, grey, black. The screenshot above shows black, red, grey which would be any 3 signs in any order winning 240 RP's
Someone sent me an e-mail about this a while ago. I'll try to find it and make a post. I believe Zynga told him what Dawid did in that the colors had to be in the order that is shown. The second to the last person listed to get the jackpot is in one of my groups but he didn't take a screen shot :(
I think the order actually needs to be as showen in the picture.

Ade: Zynga was right, everything is fair. To win the jackpot, you have to have them in order red, gray, black and any other order will be considered a three logos and the reward is 80X3=240. This is common for real slots.
The jackpot should be red, gray and black.. and it is correct that he won 240RP because it belongs to the "Any Three Logos" which pays 240 when you bet 3.. kindly look at the table.
Actually to win a jackpot, you must get 3 mafia wars sign with (Red-Gray-Black) only. In that case (Black-Red-Gray), you win Any three logos with 240 RP. So that's not wrong. Really not win the jackpot.
all is correct! there is any tree logos and if you play with 3rp you can get 240rp.If want to get JACKPOT need to get RED,Gray & Black
This happened to me once too and its true the colors DO have to be in a particular order:Red, White, and Black.

I've found Zynga to be rude every time I have written them (twice)!
If you look , it says " any three logo's 240 RP" , it does HAVE to be color co-ordinated too , so he did receive the correct amount , Zynga just didn't explain that to him.
thats what he got any 3 logos is 240 rp. its what dawid said, first red, then gray and finally black.
He supposed to win 240 RP, because he had ANY THREE LOGOS. His score doesn't match necessary order.
He won the any three logos for 240rp. yes it has to be in the correct order otherwise there should not be a win payout for any three logos. Its just like real slot machines that way.

Anas got the correct amount of reward points based on what is shown in his screen shot and the screen shot of the pay table. His screen shot shows the Mafia Wars logos in this order: Black, Red, Gray. This is equal to "Any Three Logos" which would mean any three "Mafia Wars" logos in any order or any differing combination. The 3 RPs payout for this is 240 Reward Points which is what Anas got. Now had Anas got the "Mafia Wars" logs in the order of Red, Gray, Black, he would have won the Jackpot.
This concept is similar to some of the real slot machines that I've played in Las Vegas, Reno, Atlantic City, and tribal casinos over the years. Where, to win the jackpot, the color of the items on the payline must be in a specific order. If they are in a different order the machines pays a lesser amount.
What is really lacking here is the fact that Zynga couldn't provide a better explanation to Anas.
No MWM, it has to be RED - GREY - BLACK as shown.
instead what his qualified for was the "Any Three Logos" payout.
Any 3 logos not in order will pay out like it says in line 5 of payout.. Like Dawid mentions, must be in the same color order.. If its in a different order, it falls under "Any Three Logos". Which pays 240 for 3 credits.. He got exactly what he should have.. Surprised Zynga did not explain it better.

I agree with David.. Anas got the correct amount. Look at 5th one down ( Any three logos ). Jackpot is RED, GRAY, and BLACK logos in that order only!!

to get the jackpot there are 2 condition
1. play 3 RPs
2. Get Mafia Wars logo in the following order (Red-Gray-Black)
other rewards are (playing 3 RPs)
Red-Red-Red: 2400 RPs
Gray-Gray-Gray: 600 RPs
Black-Black-Black- 450 RPs
Any three Mafia Wars logo in any combination except Red-Gray-Black you will ger: 240 RPs
Our friend here got Black-Red-Gray and so he got 240 RPs as the chart shows. As he fall under the condition of any three logos.

yes dawid was correct in what he said,,you need to get the 3 logos in the order shown to get the JP..if you get the red logo, grey logo, black logo in that order you get the JP. what he got was 3 logos in any order which pays 240rp, i have been through this with zynga myself a while back when lucky stash first came out. it does suck as when i got it i thought the same :(

WOW, That really is rude!
Can anyone honestly say that they know anyone who has won these ridiculously high jackpots. I think they just put that list up there to make people believe it is real. I have been screwed by zynga countless times. I have never found a person who has legitimately won a jackpot.
