He has unlocked all the animals and here they are..
I have built one animal from level 10 and got the bonus skill..
By the way, you don't have to wait for 23-24 hours before you can build another one.. Just wait for 18 hours and you can build again.
If you are such in a hurry, you can craft more animal for 12 RPs..
So far can only have these animals from the my Private Zoo..
I use bookmarklets to search for FaceBook feeds.. You can try this trick too...
To upgrade your Private Zoo, you can ask/send the items from Free Gifts..
To build the animals you have to feed them using these feeds :

Yes, you can get the animal feed from doing jobs, fighting, robbing and collecting from your zoo.. or simply trading with your beloved mafias..
