"Something Has Gone Wrong" Errors

Yesterday one friend sent me an email regarding about the previous Gifting Event ie Cake Jailbreak Event.

He can not completed the event because he can not accepted the gifts from his friends. He keep getting the dreaded error message :

Then he sent his complaint letter to Zynga Customer Support and got this response :

Actually this is also happening now with the new Gifting event ie Hustlin' Wit Dre Event.

Lots of players can not accept the gifts from FaceBook request page.. also from Zynga Message Center inside our game.

Somehow the gift numbers doesn't increase and/or sometimes we got the same error message as above screenshot.

I saw one comment on my previous post telling us that this is FaceBook problems and they are still working on fixing this issue.

But Zynga also has problem with this and have posted one article on Zynga Support page here : "Something has gone wrong" Error.

There they suggest us to continue checking this article for updates on this gifting problem.
