You can see from above screenshots that I didn't succeed on all robberies.. but still able to collect the diamonds..

No, it's not mine.. belong to one lucky players that able to have more than lots of us! He said it does need lots of luck to collect those whole sets!

Do you know if we only get these drops when we clear a full robbing board, or can we get them when we rob a single target? I'm a level 4 robber (something like 500 successes) and I still haven't gotten a single diamond. :(
i got my first(and only :( ) diamond from robbing a single target. so it can be done. i got it during late level 5. You have to really be lucky
Get it from clearing the board. I have vaulted the diamond collection but it took over 70k stamina. God knows how much samina that player has.
u can get it either way from robbing. u don't hv to clear the board. if it drops then it drops. got 2 so far.

maybe it depends on what level robber you are, and does anyone know how many levels it goes to? i have 673 stamina and i have 1 diamond. here are my robber stats.

i got a regent diamond at 7-2 and a hope diamond at 9-0
can we get diamonds even from bangkok robbing?? or just new york alone?

I've only ever gotten diamonds from New York - I'm just 1 short now of a complete set after over 6600 successful robberies.
