Yes!!! Those Consumables that we need in Vegas are made giftable!
You can see them all appear on the Gifting or Trading page..
I am so glad about this changing...
Still so pity that the loot items from Vegas unable to be gifted! 
Anyway, will be good to use our Energy account to collect all of these consumables and send to our main account using Chucker.. but these few days I can not run my Chucker or Brawler smoothly! Sometimes I can use it, sometimes it just doesn't work at all..
Any idea why?
Hope that it is not because of Zynga...

Is is because Arun's website is down? Both brawler and chucker are from that site.. Hope it comes back soon
Well, the later missions are REALLY annoying to non-energy accounts... I mean that one in Area 51 wher eyou need two types of items is a real pain.
As for chucker/brawler, it seems the site is "down". It's working but *really* slow. When I use them I wait like 5 minutes and I check back and usually it's loaded...
chucker and brawler have been having problems with the server being down. I have not heard why... it seems to be a common problem, really hope they fix it. Thanks for ALL your great info
FYI. I had to delete my chucker and brawler bookmarklets and then grab them again. They work fine for me now.
