Lots of people complaining that we have to move back to the lower districts and do a lot of jobs to collect all of these consumable items in Vegas... not to mention if we have Ruby mastered in the districts! 
And, these consumables are NON giftable!
So have fun doing the jobs and collecting all of these specific items!

Considering that the bronze level mastery item for district 7 beats out the ruby level Bidwell's Suit, it seems pretty reasonable that Zynga is gonna make you work for it (a la consumables). Hell, collecting New York consumables was by far harder than collecting these ones. People should really quit complaining.
still remember the mafia wars facebook fanpage urge us to complete all the 1 - 6 district and now the truth comes out..now we have diffculty to loot the alarm code and hotel key because the energy requirement is high..lol
Believe it or not i m lucky and unlucky player at the same time...i ve had stock up all the consumable from district 1 - 4 to more than 100 over..some 200 over, bellhop to 1600. Then using the repeat job vegas bmklet i finished all my hotel key and alarm code trying to fame the loots in district 7 n 8 without knowing the jobs need this consumable...hmmm...need to start over..
its not a problem, if vegas consumables are giftable :( repeat job on a fighter account earn nothing. but in this case we have no choice, :P
hey they again did reduce the amount of Experience you get for the missions...
Yesterday "Verify Halloran's Arrival At The Dam"
was : Cost 158 Energy, experience = 342 XP
now : 158 > 322 XP (its with the bonus xp u get in Vegas for one of the Achievements)
