According to the Wiki, play this game and level up 3 levels after level 5 to claim the Spike!
And how to see the promo anyway? Perhaps soon it will be released on our Daily Checklist.. just be patience, please.. if not, just try to play FrontierVille until you see the promo popping up..

part of this is a rip off if u think about it you get the pack after u have leveled up 3 times the pack includes an energy refill which would make your level up refill void (they gave us energy refill on a level up meaning our energy would have already been full)) so the only thing we got was the hired guns and chainsaw :(

in frontierville,you need to buy the horseshoes game,and finish the construction(10 energy,and a few woods)
then it will ask to play many games to conpletely finish it,5 game total,mafia is part of those games
what they ask in mafia wars,is to level 3 time

that when you get that popup on leveling up,you get a free chainsaw,10 crew,and that nail for horseshoes in frontierville
there is no promotion for this,just the horseshoes promo in frontierville
