So the Community Manager has spread the news on Zynga Forum! We are able to upgrade our Property for free but only for one time! Check on the thread below, please..

It's the first property that you select.. But it's stupid to even have this event because we're only able to upgrade 1 property for free.
So be careful to choose and then click to upgrade!

You're only able to upgrade your property ONCE.
What a terrible feature! What about us who has already upgraded all there properties?!?! They should make it that if you have upgraded all your properties you can at least get another item or 2 from the chop shop or weapons depot!!

In the logo doesn't say like that. Says: Upgrade one property of your choise in fav city for free.
Is say one, not once. In new york, we have 11 property for upgrade. So.. we upgrade 1(one) property from there. Doesn't say how many times we can upgrade that property
