Zynga has released the new feature of "Old City Bonus"!
If you do jobs in those cities, you will have double of mastery bonus and also double of cash.. Please check on the screenshots below..

I don't have screenshots for Cuba and Moscow, but I bet they belong to the old city.. 
But wait, I notice that not every player has this feature on their game!
I don't know why but... again, it's not fair, Zynga! 
Don't know how to get it, when the feature being rolled out to every player, etc.. meanwhile, just enjoy it while it last..

im soo envy for that players who have old city bonus. Atleast i be if old city bonus were real. not just a simple fake...
hy all!! It's not fake!! I have received Old city Bonus after finishing Boss Tier ( Underboss wasnt finished) and i've done some fights in Bangkok. After that Old City Bonus appears in every city (for me) except Las Vegas. It' s really great advantage for playing!
Hope all gets that, maybe if u are only in Las Vegas to move somewhere else and u will get it :))

I started getting the old city bonus after i completed bronze level on all tiers in vegas
i got the old city bonus unexpectedly after i finished underboss no idea why
It's not necessarily double-mastery. For jobs that you normally get 1% on, I'm getting 2% Old City Bonus.

I got it after I completed vegas.
Hope the old city bonus lasts for a while, I need to finish the boss tier in NY. It's the only tier left for me in NY. I've been doing Vegas jobs before I got the bonus
i belive it is because several of the new accounts have been issued a new redisigned new york, with 8 districts and 4 levels of mastery similar to las vegas. and the old city bonus is for the people who dont have these newer accounts. mastery rewards are the same but slightly higher. such as 50 seconds off stanima timer but they are upgradeable like the vegas boss bonuses. i am not sure if cuba and moscow are being redone like this for new accounts, but i have gotten the bonuses in both new york and moscow. i have yet to try bangcok
Anybody know if this will last forever? or for a certain time? And if so, when it ends?
I am only a level 50 and have only been in New York. I haven't even clicked to go to other cities. I have no idea what this does:
