One of my best mafia, Mr X, has find a way to get great items by building on the New York Properties through Chop Shop, Weapons Depot and Armory..
He got these items below..
I don't know where this bird comes.. It's belong to Weapon section on his Inventory.. Anybody has a clue?
And this rare weapon he got comes from the Limited Edition Loot items from Miami Vice.. This item has not being released yet!
It's just my guess, but don't you think so?
And one more, he got this armor by building it as Rare items from the Armory..
Hyro Gloves was one of Bangkok armor.. Zynga has decided to remove them from our game.. still we can get them randomly from the Armory..
I have tried but so hard to get great items like Mr X above got! So needs a lot of luck to get them! 
You can try to build them or not.. It's your call!
Ok, I gotta go now...

That owl is moved there just by someone and I think it it's same one who moved that car to animals. There is part of an another animal on the left side of owl's own picture space, strange you missed that?
